Did you know that children may get a library card the minute after they're born?  Just come to the Children's Department to apply for a card.

• Children must either be residents of the Township of Union or attending school in Union to obtain a library card.
   
• Parents and/or official guardians must fill out and sign the library card application.
   
• Parents and/or official guardians must provide identification and proof of residency. (i.e. Driver's License or Utility Bill from current month)
   
• The library card is free for new patrons.  A replacement card costs $2.00.
